Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping

Please allow 7 to 14 business days to process and ship your order from the date of purchase.  If you still have not received your purchase after two weeks, please email us with your order number and we will notify you or your order status.

International Shipping

Please allow 14 to 21 days to process and ship your order from date of purchase.  Some international orders will incur an import duty/tax upon delivery.  This is a separate expense from the shipping fee.  It is a tax that individual countries charge when importing goods from outside its country, and the expense is the responsibility of the customer to pay.

Return & Exchange Policy

Exchanges

Items may ONLY be returned and exchanged for the "same item, different size" by making the return request through our online platform. The items may not be physically returned to our brick and mortar location.  Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase and must be in brand new condition - unworn with no stains, odors, and/or damage.  Items must be shipped back to our location (see "Contact" for address) at your own expense, as insured mail.  We are not responsible for items we do not receive.

To an exchange an item, please reply back to your confirmation email with the order number and items you would like to exchange.  Instructions will be sent to you.

Sale items are "All Sales Final," no exchanges.

Refunds

We will ONLY provide a full refund if upon receiving the item, there is a defect.  You may proceed to return the item to us for a full refund or exchange for the same item and size, if the following criteria are met:

  • Be returned within 30 days of purchase date

  • Be in brand new condition and must have no stains or odors.

  • Not marked as "All Sales Final" at the time of purchase.

​We will refund the original shipping fee and will also pay for the return shipping.
